Liability Disclaimer for the 4th Annual Memorial Run
By participating in the 4th Annual Memorial Run starting at Local Legends Bar and Grill and hosted by Troll’s Teddy Bear Run on May 25th, 2024, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
#1 - Assumption of Risk: I understand that participating in a poker run involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of serious injury or death. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in this event.
#2 - Release and Waiver: I, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby release and hold harmless the event organizers, Local Legends Bar and Grill, Law Tigers, Superstition Harley-Davidson, Troll's Biker World, Biker Business Network, their owners, sponsors, employees, volunteers, and their respective families from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, arising out of or in connection with my participation in this event.
#3 - Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the aforementioned parties from any liability, loss, damage, or expense, including legal fees, that may result from my participation in the poker run.
#3 - Personal Responsibility: I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own safety and that I will adhere to all traffic laws and regulations during the event. I will operate my motorcycle in a safe and prudent manner at all times.
#4 - Medical Treatment: In the event of an accident or injury, I consent to receiving medical treatment deemed necessary by medical personnel. I understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred as a result of my participation.
#5 - Insurance: I acknowledge that the organizers do not provide insurance coverage for participants. I am responsible for ensuring that I have adequate insurance coverage for my participation in this event.
#6 - Photography and Media: I consent to the use of photographs or recordings taken during the event for promotional purposes without compensation.
#7 - Email Opt-In: By participating in this event, I agree to receive future emails from the event host and its affiliates, including but not limited to Local Legends Bar and Grill, Law Tigers, Superstition Harley-Davidson, Troll's Biker World, and Biker Business Network.
I understand that I can opt out of these communications at any time.
